Our policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene articles, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item has been marked at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, you will receive a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.


You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund.
