Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. However, currently we cannot send to APO / FPO addresses.

Can I change my order?
Please note that we can only make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled. If you would like to change anything in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by email at support@aviri.co. We will do our best to help you!

What payment options do I have?
We offer safe shopping and accept payments via Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card. You can choose the most suitable for you. All products are listed in US dollars. Our system will automatically convert your currency to make your order easier.

Can I cancel my order?
If you place an order and find that you want to cancel, please contact us the same day. If we are already processing the order, we cannot cancel the order.

Just send us an email and if the order has not been processed we can very easily cancel it.

What if my order is incorrect?
We always try to offer our customers the best quality products. However, there are occasional situations that do arise.

If you received a defective / damaged item, please contact us by email at support@aviri.co, let us know your problem and don't forget to include photos / videos that can make the problem clear.

You can return the product for a full refund or we can send you a replacement of your choice. Please note that you can only choose one of two options above. This is the final solution to your query.

What if I gave the wrong address?
If you give us an incorrect delivery address, please email us at support@aviri.co immediately and provide your correct address. We will see if we can change it for you.

If your order has already been dispatched, we are very sorry that we cannot change it for you.
